It’s the Step into Scent’s way to be honest and clear! We thrive on 100% customer satisfaction and we understand that things happen. In the event, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of the same or equal value or a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
